3 stage whole home filtration:

We recommend filters to be changed every 6-12months. This depends on the quality of the water in your area and levels of chlorine / chemicals present.

Reverse Osmosis:

RO systems should be replaced every 12 months as per industry practice.

Home filtration system filters should be changed every 6-12 months. additionally, if you notice a change the taste, odor or pressure this may indicate you need to replace your filter. After 8 months we will remind you that your filters may be due for replacement. 

Regular maintenance focuses on timely filter replacements. We provide detailed instructions and reminders for when it's time to change the filters. Additionally, periodic checks for leaks or other issues are recommended. Our professional service team is available to address any maintenance needs or questions you may have.

The 3-stage filtration system does not remove Fluoride from your water but our Reverse Osmosis under sink system does remove Fluoride. The RO system can be installed in one water outlet within your home i.e. Kitchen sink.
